Initial assessment

All new clients are assessed before being taken on. They last for approximately 15 minutes, during which I will assess what's required, explain how I work and answer any questions you may have. Please be aware that your pet must be present but no treatment of any kind is available during assessment appointments.

Once completed I will be able to confirm the cost of the groom and if you are happy I can book you in there and then. If you want to have a think about it before booking or decide not to go ahead that's fine.

Please note that nail clipping does not require an initial assessment.

Book online / My account

You don't have to login to book. However you will need to login if you want to check appointments, reschedule or cancel. Also if you login you won't need to keep re entering your details each time. Note that although it says "Skip. You will have an opportunity to create an account later". This is a bit misleading as by booking you create an account regardless. You can easily access it by logging in with the same email address you used to book.

There is now a waiting list option if there isn't a suitable appointment available. The link to join is above the calendar when booking. However please note that it runs for one calendar month only, from the date you sign up. You will be sent an email letting you know a space has become free and a link to book it. It works on a first-come first-served basis.

It's now possible to pay by Klarna if you pay via the booking system. You will need to have a Karna account.
