A moment of silliness mid groom at college with Jessie my sister's dog, a Basset Griffon Vendéen (Grand). Tiring work hand stripping!

Additional training

I have also completed additional training in pet first aid at Chichester College. Training in cat grooming and Ultrasound Teeth Cleaning with Absolutely Animals. Plus seminars in Canine Body Language and Reactive Rascals with the Dog Training College.

Trade associations

I'm a member of both the British Dog Groomers' Association (BDGA) which is part of the Pet Industry Federation (PIF) and the British Isles Grooming Association (BIGA).

British Dog Groomers Association

The BDGA/PIF work with City & Guilds to deliver the training courses I have completed. Membership of the federation shows customers that they can expect the highest standards of customer care and animal welfare from their groomer.

British Isles Grooming Association

BIGA provides a support network and keeps me up-to-date with industry news and events.

Find a groomer

Both organisations host their own pet websites where you can find groomers in your area and on My Pet People also boarding kennels, day care, pet shops, pet sitting and dog walking. You can find me listed on both sites.

Additionally I can also be found on Bark.com where you can find a wide range of professional services, not just pet grooming. Please note I pay a fee to Bark if you use it to contact me so please message me direct.
